We are pleased to announce new enhancements to the Archive Export module with the option to resend the download link notification. Additionally, we’ve improved the identity blocking rule configuration with the CSV import option.

Over the next two weeks, we will be enabling the following options:

Resend Archive Export Notification

Archive exports module from the Archiving > Search – incoming and Archiving > Search – outgoing pages has been enhanced with the option to resend the email notification, containing the download link for the completed export requests.

In case the download of the exported archived messages is not completed within the 7 days’ timeframe, the Resend action allows the access to the previous exports, saving the time needed to reinitiate the process.

Enhance the Identity Locking Rule Configuration

Outgoing – Protection > Identity locking rules page has been enhanced with the option to import the locking rules,aimed to save the time needed to configure such a rule for a high number of identities.
