Last week, our team was very excited to be at HostingCon Global. HostingCon is the biggest event in the hosting industry in North America, with high-profile attendees interested in the latest news, technology and partnerships. The convention took place in San Diego, California, which means great location, stunning views and perfect weather.
Two months ago, at the first WHD.usa event, I joined a panel talk called “Value-added services: How the Cloud will boost sales (for service providers)”, moderated by Liam Eagle from 451 Research. As another big service provider show is happening in the US starting this Monday, HostingCon San Diego, I’m curious to see if the same topic will be covered again.
The beginning of June was filled with exciting events for our team. To make sure our 10 year anniversary doesn’t pass by unnoticed, a surprise event was carefully planned. Bright and early in the morning we all got together at our offices around the world to later find out that we were going to meet everyone in Rome, some of us meeting for the first time ever! It was a great opportunity to mix business with pleasure and personally know the rest of the team. A good mix of fun team activities kept us engaged and energized the entire trip. Of course what happens in Rome stays in Rome, but here are some pictures to show you the awesome time we had there together and the nice mix of the Netherlands, Romania, Russia, Mexico and New Zealand team members:
