A new Main Class of ‘not-filtered’ has been added.
When looking at messages that are Main Class Not-Filtered, Sub Class Recipient, Extra Class Mailbox is not filtered, this means that mailbox filtering has been turned off for the mailbox. Information on Message classifications can be found here. (MMA-3180, MMA-3682)
Included ability for admins to prevent domain users from adding outgoing users (MMA-3320).
Admins now have the additional option to restrict sub-admins and domain users from adding new outgoing users. This restriction supports both auth by IP and SMTP AUTH (username/password).
This feature can help simplify billing and prevent over-billing by limiting sub-admins and domain users from actively adding Authenticating IP addresses and exceeding their usage policy.
Enhanced ability to blacklist senders and removemessages from log search. Users can now blacklist the sender and removethe message, including quarantined messages directly from the log search page. Blacklisting and removingare also supported for multiple messages from the log search. Blacklisting is supported at both the email and domain level depending on scope of user login. (MMA-524)
Added the ability to blacklist senders on domain with IP address rather than FQDN (fully qualified domain name). IP addresses can now be used in the Domain tab instead of FQDN to add a new blacklist sender in theOutgoing Protection Sender Blacklist.(MMA-2941)
DMARC (Domain-based Message, Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) aggregate reports detail the authentication status of messages sent on behalf of a domain. The DMARC aggregate report also indicates which emails are authenticating against DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and SPF (Sender Policy Framework. (MMA-2092)
