At SpamExperts we are pleased to announce the release of a new feature for business email continuity. We have recently made it possible to send and reply to emails directly via the web interface when the destination server is down or unreachable, and there’s an urgent matter to attend related to an incoming message.
When messages are lined-up in the incoming delivery queue because the destination mail server(s) cannot be reached, you can still reply to those emails keeping them informed about the status and progress of ongoing issues.
Outages can happen anywhere, and this sort of feature proves to be essential for business email continuity. One of our customers even mentioned: “This is more than just a nice-to-have feature here in Houston, Texas. Hurricane season is a really big deal and, annually, it can render businesses crippled for weeks. Having an email system available during that time can make all the difference, and my clients are happier that we have it.”
To compose entirely new messages via the web interface, follow these steps:
- Go to the “My Account” section of the dashboard.
- Press the “Compose Email” button.
Please note that this isn’t intended to be a full email client. However, users can send emails, add CC and BCC addresses, use rich text formatting as well as insert links into messages.
Remember, stay safe, stay simply spam free.
