In case of questions or unexpected issues, the last thing a customer wants to do is wait to get in touch with someone from Support. That’s why we are providing Premium Support clients with a dedicated number so they can directly reach one of our support staff. Please note that the dedicated number has to be paired with a valid ticket ID when contacting our technical support team. For the dedicated telephone number, clients have to ask their account manager.
Secondly, we have extended the time-table when Premium Support clients can get in touch with us. Our support engineers are now available from 05:00 to 21:00 CET, Monday to Friday. For clients with 24/7 Premium Support, lines continue to remain open at all times.
More so, if a client feels dissatisfied with how a ticket was handled and concluded, it can be escalated directly to a SpamExperts manager by using the ticket escalation option in the client area. The Escalate Button can be found in the support ticket overview.
